Application for Advance Academy's Year Round School

Application Procedure

• Download and Complete ALL forms.
• Return forms with a copy of your child's CURRENT IEP, Eligibility Report, Psychological Reports, or any reports from therapists or professionals from the last year.
• The Admissions Committee meets once a month.
• Your application will be reviewed  and you will be notified if your child is eligible for our program.
• You will also be notified if a slot is available or if your child will be placed on the waiting list.
• Any application older than nine months should be updated for reconsideration.
• If there is not a slot available, we cannot determine when one will become availble or how long your child might be on the waiting list.
