Mission:
Our mission is to provide ABA individualized services to enable
children with developmental delays the opportunity to reach their
maximum potential. Our outreach program provides Early Intervention
Services and Enrichment services to school age children. The goal of
our EIB program is to prepare a child for transition into a regular
education classroom by the time he/she is school age with minimal or no
assistance necessary. Our enrichment services utilize ABA teaching
methodology to address the needs of children who are having difficulty
making progress in their current school/home environment. Programs are designed and overseen by a Behavior Consultant with a minimum of a master’s level degree and who has met all the requirements for Behavior Analyst Board Certification. Trained junior and senior level therapists implement the techniques and procedures as outlined in the program by the Behavior Consultant. All home programs are required to conduct a minimum of 2 clinic meetings per month depending on the number of therapy hours a child is receiving. Our center recognizes the importance of ongoing early childhood developmental research and conducts ongoing research studies examining the behavior of learning and efficacy of program implementation. In addition, our staff routinely reviews current research literature in order to ensure that we are meeting each child's needs with the most effective and least intrusive procedures. Due to the home-based nature of this program we also provide parent and family training to address the families practical living needs. Advocacy support is available in conjunction with services in order to provide assistance in acquiring effective support across all environments. |
